Synergy Real Estate Group was founded in 2004 and has been providing professional tenant advisory services to clients throughout California and the United States. Our company has representatives throughout the United States and the ability to handle international transactions.
While the company has grown to encompass the globe, we still see ourselves as your local provider of commercial real estate solutions and treat clients as people not revenue. We have handled transactions ranging from small businesses to 120,000 square foot office requirements but our mission is customer satisfaction and achieving that goal requires a responsive and dedicated representative who will advocate on your behalf.
Our Team
Terri Chaklos
Terri Chaklos is Executive Vice President for Synergy Real Estate Group’s Orange County office. Terri has a broad range of experience in tenant representation of office, industrial and retail lease and purchase transactions. Terri is recognized in the industry for her market knowledge, ability to manage and uncover the complexities of transactions, and for providing excellent service while adding maximum value to her clients. In the past fifteen years, Terri has been involved in over 1,500 transactions in excess of 25 million square feet.
Terri started her commercial real estate career with Transwestern Commercial Services as a tenant advisory position responsible for leasing in Los Angeles - South Coast Metro and Long Beach portfolios. Afterwards, Terri joined CPSC, Corp. as their director of leasing where she was directly responsible for the leasing and construction management of one of the largest portfolios of office, retail and industrial buildings in Orange County. Terri's comprehensive understanding of tenant's priorities enables her to provide clients with opportunistic strategies for negotiating favorable lease and sale transactions for Tenants.
Terri enjoys spending time with her family, sports, traveling and giving back to the community.
